Kinross-Shire Cricket Club


Welcome to Kinross-shire Cricket Club. We are a friendly, dynamic club offering coaching and matches for men, women, boys & girls established 160 years ago in 1865. Our 1st XI plays in the SPCU 1st division and in the Fife 8-a-side mid week league. We field junior teams at under-10 (kwik cricket), under-11 mini hardball, under-13, under-15 and under-18. New players are very welcome to all sections of the club. Club Info

  • Training

    All training is held at the club’s ground at The Cricket Pitch, Loch Leven’s Larder, Channel Farm, Kinross, KY13 9HD.

  • Mondays - Juniors

    boys and girls, aged 7 to 17 (p3 to S6) 6.15pm to 8pm Players should bring warm and waterproof clothing and a drink to training each week. All children and young people will be offered the opportunity to play in matches if they wish. Learning, improving, and having fun are the priorities.

  • Mondays - Women & Girls

    6.15 – 8pm. No knowledge or experience of cricket is required to take part. New members very welcome to have a go. No minimum level of fitness needed to part. Sessions are social and fun and competition is optional.

  • Thursdays - Men & Young Men

    (aged 16+) Training is held from 6.30pm to 8.30pm each week. New members will be made very welcome. Teams play in the SPCU League division 1 and the 8-a-side Fife mid- league. A tour to the Island of Bute is planned for September 2015.
